With the recent frigid temperatures plaguing the Lehigh Valley, Parkland Community Library invited teens to spend an afternoon visiting over hot chocolate and an array of delicious toppings.
The drop in, warm-up Teen Hot Chocolate Bar took place on an icy afternoon at the library in South Whitehall.
Parkland Teen Library Assistant Amanda Evans provided the hot chocolate and all the sweet treats including chocolate chips, sprinkle mix, cookies, caramel bits, mints, miniature marshmallows, whipped cream, strawberry and chocolate syrups and cinnamon.
