Thomas E. Ford, 52, of Bethlehem, died Jan. 12, 2019 in his home. Born in Elizabeth, N.J., he was a son of the late Thomas Edward and Cherrye Anne (Carter) Ford and was raised by his grandparents, the late Willie Jr. and Dorothy Faye (Carter) Peacock. He was the husband of Maribel (Martinez) Ford.

He was an advanced automobile mechanic and transmission specialist.

He was a former member of the Church of God of Prophecy, Brooklyn, N.Y.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by eight children, Terrell T., Sean E. and Thomas E. Ford, Israel Rivera (Towaan), Jorge L. Rivera, Candido Rodriguez Jr. and Maribel and Clarissabel Rodriguez; a sister, Shonta E. Ford; a granddaughter, Alina Renee Ford; and eight additional grandchildren; an aunt, Dorothy J. Peacock; and an uncle, Willie Peacock III (Althea).

He was predeceased by a brother, Stacey E. Ford.
