Police responded to a building alarm around 1:20 a.m. at Broughal MS Jan. 10 and found a broken window on the ground floor.

Once inside, officers were notified of additional alarms being tripped in the building as they searched, and brough in K9 Blaze to assist. They discovered a man, Long Chen of Flushing, NY, and took him into custody.

Chen was remanded to Northampton County Prison on charges of tresspassing and criminal mischief.
