John Edward Estes, 56, no known address, was arrested Feb. 10 for allegedly driving under the influence in the unit block of North Eighth Street, according to Emmaus Police. Estes was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Dylan Van Allen, 26, of Emmaus, was arrested Feb. 8 for allegedly driving under the influence and driving on roadways laned for travel in the 1200 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, according to Emmaus police. Van Allen was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Peter M. Distefano Jr., 65, of Whitehall, was arrested Feb. 16 for allegedly driving under the influence and vehicle turning left at Chestnut Street and Cedar Crest Boulevard. Distefano was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Donna Bovell, 43, of Emmaus, was arrested Jan. 15 for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop in the unit block of South Second Street, according to Emmaus police.

A 16-year-old male, of Macungie, was arrested Jan. 30 for alleged possession of a controlled substance at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave. Charges were filed with Lehigh County Juvenile Court, according to Emmaus police.

A 35-year-old male, of Allentown, was arrested Feb. 9 for alleged harassment in the 100 block of Camp Street, according to Emmaus police. A citation was filed.

A 15-year-old male, of Wescosville, was arrested Feb. 18 for disorderly conduct after allegedly causing a disturbance at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police. A citation was filed.

A 38-year-old male, of Maryland, was arrested Feb. 26 for allegedly being a fugitive from justice on a warrant issued from Baltimore County, Md., according to Emmaus police. The male was transported to the Lehigh County Booking Center.
