Racketeering

Following a police and grand jury investigation, Lehigh District Attorney Jim Martin is bringing numerous charges against a group of five men for gang-related activities committed in Lehigh, Northampton and Allagheny counties during 2015-18.

The men are allegedly members of a street gang called Money Rules Everything (MRE), and are: Alkiohn Dunkins, 20, currently residing in the State Correctional Institution at Camp Hill; Miles Harper, 20, currently residing in Lehigh County Jail; Yzire Jenkins-Rowe, 22, of East Locust Street is Bethlehem; Joseph Rodriguez-Valcarcel, 22, of Seventh Avenue in Bethlehem; and Zahmire Welcome, 20, of Ramblewood Lane in Freemansburg.

Dunkins and Harper were already incarcerated on unrelated charges.

Each is charged with one count of Corrupt Organizations and one count of Conspiracy to Commit Corrupt Organizations, both felonies of the first degree as well as several charges of possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession with Intent to deliver marijuana, conspiracy to commit homicide, attempted homicide and robbery.
