Police arrested 28-year-old Dennis Hodge of Easton following an unspecified incident at Sands Casino March 25. He was allegedly so drunk staff feared he was a danger to himself and others, and he was placed in custody around 2:45 a.m.

About a half-hour earlier on Broadway, officers made a similar arrest.

Police found 49-year-old homeless man Jeffery Nuding passed out with his pants down.

Hodge and Nuding are both charged with public drunkenness.
