Sami Sayegh, 45, of Allentown, was charged with theft following two separate transactions at Staples - one in Whitehall and one at the South Mall. Sayegh allegedly purchased two computer hard drives at Staples in Whitehall valued at $208. He then allegedly returned the hard drives and received the money back. Personnel examined the boxes and the hard drives had been replaced with metal washers and tissues. Sayegh then went to the Staples at the South Mall 4:38 p.m. Dec. 11 and allegedly made the same transaction. Police were called and Sayegh was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Lesley Dicesare, 44, of Macungie, was charged with alleged criminal trespass, theft and receiving stolen property after entering a home in the 1500 block of Paxford Road without authorization 11:38 a.m. Dec. 13. Dicesare was taken to Central Booking for processing

A 50-year-old woman, of Salisbury, was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence following a vehicle crash in the 1700 block of 33rd Street 4:44 p.m. Dec. 13. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Valerie Boyer, 31, of Macungie, has been charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 2:04 a.m. Dec. 16.

A 36-year-old male, of Hellertown, has been charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop 6:39 p.m. Dec. 17 along Seidersville Road.

Chelsea Cressman, 25, of Bethlehem, has been charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop 10:53 p.m. Dec. 11 at the intersection of Fairview Road and East Emmaus Avenue.

A resident in the 1300 block of Marlow Street reported 7:36 a.m. Dec. 16 the loss of a star shower light device from the yard. The device was later found in another yard.

Elizabeth Munilla, 34, of Allentown, was charged with harassment 8:18 a.m. Dec. 16 after allegedly mailing and texting Salisbury residents. Munilla was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Malik Jones, 24, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with alleged false identification to law enforcement, driving without a license and driving with an expired inspection 3:40 p.m. Dec. 17 following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard. Jones was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Police responded to a burglar alarm in the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard 5:51 p.m. Dec. 15.

Police responded to a burglar alarm in the 3000 block of Louise Court 10:15 a.m. Dec. 17.
