Bruce David Bowen, 58, of Whitehall died Dec. 17, 2018, at home. Born in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late Dale T. Bowen and Barbara N. (Noxon) Hohe and a stepson of Franklin W. Hohe of Bethlehem.

He was a consultant with MARS, a DDAP (division of drug and alcohol programs) trainer and trainer with The Change Companies. He was a certified advanced drug and alcohol counselor and licensed professional counselor.

He was a member of Grace Church, Bethlehem.

In addition to his mother and stepfather, he is survived by two sisters, Judith G. and her companion Jodi Crupi of Westfield, N.J. and Pamela A. and her husband Guy Smith of Effort.
