Salisbury High School students will compete in the ugly holiday sweater competition Dec. 20. Students will try and top Mr. Hahn’s ugly sweater for a chance to win best sweater.
Students Lindsey Rapp, Sierra Rauch, Cari Laudenschlager and Nevaeh Robinson are holding a necessities/gift drive to support the Third Street Alliance Women’s and Children’s Center Necessities/ Gift Drive. Dec. 20 is the last day to donate items.
The Salisbury football team is collecting board games for the Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital. The board games will be donated to allow children to play a board game while at the hospital. All donations should be brought to the high school by Dec. 19.
Visit the Udder Bar in Allentown 6-9 p.m. Dec. 20 to support the Salisbury boys basketball team. Also, come support the Falcons at a boys or girls basketball game this season. If you cannot make it to a game, the games can also usually be viewed on Service Electric Channel 550.
On Jan. 5, 2019, the middle school and high school cheerleading teams are holding a flapjack fundraiser at Applebee’s on Hamilton Boulevard 8-10 a.m. Come support the cheerleaders.
This year’s winter ball is 7-10 p.m. Jan 12, 2019. The attire is semi-formal. Make sure to mark you calendars so you don’t miss out.
PSAT scores have been posted on the College Board website. All students interested in looking at their scores should create an account using the PSAT access number sent to their email.
Finally, Salisbury students are excitedly looking forward to winter break. This year’s break will begin Dec. 21. Students will return to school Jan. 2, 2019.
