Garnetta E. Haney, 100, of Fellowship Community, died Dec. 7, 2018. She was the wife of the late Marvin “Schnitz” C. Haney.

Born in Steubenville, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Donald and Catherine (Schmidt) Kirkpatrick.

She was a member of the Church of the Manger, Bethlehem.

She is survived by a granddaughter, Jennifer E. and her husband Richard Sciarra of Bethlehem and their children Nico, Gianna, Rocco, Gio and Marco; a grandson, Scott M. and his wife Sherry Rex of Whitehall and their children Morgan, Jacob, Chad, Jillian and Nicholas; a grandson, Matthew D. Rex of Whitehall and his children Jordan, Noah and Luke; a granddaughter, Alison Haney; a daughter-in-law, Lynn and her husband Michael Albarell; and a lifetime friend, Gordon Bender.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Susan K. Rex; and a son, Donald Haney.
