Thomas B. Payonk, 50, of Salisbury Township, died unexpectedly at home on Dec. 2, 2018. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Bernard B. and Irene K. Payonk, with whom he lived and cared for as she aged.

He was a 1985 graduate of Salisbury High School.

He worked for Laneco and then for Piramal Critical Care, where he worked until he was no longer able.

He was a member of the Fountain Hill Republican Club, Fountain Hill Democratic Association, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Fountain Hill Hose Company.

He is survived by three siblings, David and his wife Lori of Alburtis, John and his wife Ann of Schwenksville and Susan of Allentown; six nieces and nephews, Jason, Joleen, Adam, Sarah, Ben and Lennon; aunts; uncles; and cousins.
