In the spirit of the season, Sheckler Elementary School’s Home and School organization is hosting a donation drive that will benefit Lehigh Valley Children’s Hospital.

It’s hard to have a child in the hospital, especially during the holidays. Items collected will help assist families during a hospital stay.

Donations will be collected at Sheckler Elementary until Dec. 14. A list of suggested donations, along with the guidelines, can be found on the Home and School Facebook page for anyone who would like to donate and show support.

Together, we can make a difference and hopefully bring a smile to one’s face during a difficult time.

Dec. 3 is an Act 80 day, and school will be closed for students.

Regular scheduled classes will resume Dec. 4.
