Parkland High School’s Band Boosters Association had a ribbon-cutting ceremony Nov. 3 at the football stadium.
Senior, band member and Boy Scout Robert Clapham III constructed a much needed utility shed for the band boosters at the stadium as his Eagle Scout project.
The building houses supplies, kitchen hardware and items necessary to support the band boosters food stand.
Lumber for the project was donated by 84 Lumber, South Whitehall. Income from the food stand, a very popular venue at sporting events, supports musical activities at the high school.
