Robert C. “Bob” Biegly, 87, of Allentown, died Nov. 7, 2018, in his home.

He was the husband of Ann M. (Hutchison) Biegly.

Born June 12, 1931, in Slatedale, he was the son of the late Claude and Edna (Handwerk) Biegly.

Employed at Mallinckrodt Chemical, formerly Trojan Powder Co., South Whitehall Township, for 35 years, he retired in 1993.

He faithfully and honorably served his country in the U.S. Army during a peacetime era.

He enjoyed golfing, woodworking, telling stories and jokes, college football and traveling.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter Kim Grim of Laurys Station; stepdaughters Kelly P. Pritchard and her husband, Terry, and Kimberly A. Wagstaff and her husband, John, all of Allentown; grandson Ryan; and granddaughters Hailey, Kylie and Alexia.

A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.
