Zachary Storm, 28 of Bethlehem Township, died Oct. 16, 2018.

He is survived by his mother, Michele Storm; grandmother, Diane Male; a great-great aunt, with whom he resided, Edith Seip; a great-aunt, Jojo Gosling; aunt, Randi McNeely; and a second cousin, Laylah “Sweetie Pie” Beers.

He was predeceased by Robert Seip.
