Police cited four people while intervening with an allegedly intoxicated man in the 500 block of Main Street around 2:30 a.m. Oct. 14.

Police said they were taking into custody 27-year-old Roberto Vadillo, of South West Street in Allentown, for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, when he resisted arrest and a confrontation ensued.

Twenty-five-year-old Andrea Penagos of North Third Street in Whitehall, Vadillo’s friend, allegedly interfered in his arrest, and is charged with public drunkenness, obstruction and disorderly conduct.

Raquel Mora, 25, of South 10th Street in Allentown allegedly kicked an officer repeatedly in the leg, and is charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, public drunkenness and aggravated assault.

A final woman, of Eighth Avenue, allegedly hit and spit at others present, but her prosecution was declined.
