In the 100 block of Union Street, an abandoned vehicle was ticketed and tagged.

An intoxicated person was transported home from the 300 block of Front Street, police said.

The theft of a safe occurred in the 700 block of Second Street.

On Howertown Road, police sought information regarding a case.

OCT. 12

An abandoned vehicle was tagged in the 600 block of South 14th Street.

A subject was located in the 200 block of Wood Street, the department said.

In the 800 block of Faith Drive, officers sought information regarding a suspicious activity case.

Police investigated a report of items taken in the 400 block of Bridge Street.

OCT. 13

A suspicious vehicle in the 800 block of Bethlehem Road was reported. The owner was located.

In the 600 block of Faith Drive, items were taken from an unlocked vehicle.

An animal complaint in the 100 block of Walnut Street was filed with the department.

At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., police responded to a report of a domestic offense against family. A citation is pending.

OCT. 14

Police sought information regarding a case in the 400 block of Race Street.

Officers assisted North Catasauqua police in the 100 block of Second Street.

A fire occurred in the 300 block of Church Street. Police assisted the fire department.

In the 400 block of Howertown Road, members of the department assisted at the scene of a person with mental health issues.
