A Northampton man was killed Oct. 11 in a two-vehicle crash in Whitehall Township.

According to Whitehall police, the motor vehicle accident occurred approximately 3:30 p.m. on Ruchsville Road, between South Church and Bridge streets.

Brock Weiss, 28, was the driver of a vehicle involved in a collision with another vehicle. He was pronounced dead just after 4 p.m. Oct. 11 at the scene, Lehigh County Deputy Coroner Raymond Anthony said.

Anthony ruled the cause of death as multiple blunt force injuries and the manner of death as an accident.

Four people in the second vehicle were injured in the collision and taken to an area hospital for treatment, police said.

Whitehall Township Police Department is still investigating the accident. No other information was available at press time.
