Winter sports sign-ups are happening now in the main office.

Students in seventh grade can choose basketball or wrestling. Eighth-grade students can choose basketball, wrestling or indoor guard.

Picture retake day is scheduled for tomorrow, Oct. 19.

There will be early dismissal Oct. 31. Catasauqua Middle School will dismiss students 12:20 p.m.

Don’t forget to dress up Oct. 31. Students and staff are encouraged to create a wild or unique hair design and put together a crazy, but appropriate, outfit for school, such as wearing clothing inside out or backward.

Hairstyles should be temporary and completed at home.

Students can also wear Halloween costumes and makeup. All costumes must abide by the dress code and cannot include a mask, studded spikes or a lookalike weapon.
