On Oct. 5, Harry S Truman Elementary School students and staff will hold its annual Heavenly Hat Day fundraiser.

Students are invited to wear their favorite hat to school and to make a donation to this charity. The charity then takes the funds collected and purchases new hats for those who are losing their hair to medical illnesses and complications.
