The Don8Zone Color Run takes place 10:30 a.m. Oct. 7 at Catasauqua High School. This districtwide fundraiser culminates in a fun race event.

You can register 9:30 a.m. the day of the event, but the fee must be paid in cash.

Donors will receive color packs to throw on the students and community members participating in the run. The more donors there are, the more tie-dyed the participants will be on event day.

Catasauqua Middle School will be closed Oct. 8 for the Columbus Day holiday.

Eighth-grade students will take a field trip to Washington, D.C., Oct. 11.

There will be a PTF meeting 7-8 p.m. Oct. 16 in the library.

Picture retake day is scheduled for Oct. 19.
