Carol A. Smith, 57, of Allentown, died Sept. 26, 2018, at ManorCare Health Services, Allentown. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Marlene (Erb) Souders.

She was a payroll log analyst for many years with Community Health Systems, Bethlehem.

She is survived by a son, Zachary R. Smith; and a brother, Charles Souders.

Funeral services will be private.
