Robert “Buck” C. Hauser, 75, of Schnecksville, died Aug. 24, 2018, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. He was the companion of Jean Moore and the husband of the late Constance (Kyra) Hauser.

Born in Catasauqua, he was the son of the late Carson C. and Esther M. (Weaver) Hauser.

He was a member of Faith Weslyan Church, Orefield.

He worked for 30 years in the maintenance department of the East Penn School District before retiring.

He was a graduate of Catasauqua High School.

He was a U.S. Marine, serving during the Vietnam era.

He is survived by two daughters, Robann of Macungie and Della and her husband Bruce Wetherspoon of Allentown; stepchildren, Stephen Kyra and his wife Kimberli of Bethlehem, Susan Kyra Marakovits and Edward Marakovitz of Northampton and Michael Kyra of Whitehall; and three grandchildren, Jarred, Justin and Jorryn of Bethlehem.

A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
