Northampton police responded to these and other calls recently.

AUG. 17

A female causing a disturbance in the 1300 block of Stewart Street was reported.

In the 100 block of West 28th Street, a domestic dispute between a male and female occurred.

Police investigated a check fraud case in the 1400 block of Canal Street.

AUG. 18

Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 2300 block of Main Street.

The department received a report of two males causing a disturbance in the 300 block of Main Street.

AUG. 19

A reportable accident involving one vehicle took place in the 100 block of Held Drive.

AUG. 21

The department said a domestic dispute between a male and female in the 1500 block of Poplar Street occurred.

A warrant was served in the 1700 block of Franklin Street. The report said a male was served with an active bench warrant from Northampton County Sheriff’s Department. The male was transported to the station and released to the sheriff’s department.

AUG. 22

A report of an intoxicated female in the 1000 block of Main Street was filed with the department.
