The Northwestern golf team got its season underway last week and was 2-2 through it’s first four Colonial Leauge matches and 3-2 overall.

Northwestern

Northwestern picked up a 439-531 nonleague win over Notre Dame East Stroudsburg.

Jake Dellicker led the way for the Tigers with a 79, while Joe Frey carded an 81 and Luke Hallman shot 83. N’western 439, Notre Dame ES 531

The Warriors’ Ron Webb grabbed medalist honors with a score of 74.

Luke Hallman was low man for the Tigers with a 79.

Northwestern defeated Salisbury 434-480 in a Colonial League match.

Joe Frey and Jake Dellicker tied for the Tigers’ low score with a 78.

The Falcons’ Alex Suter grabbed medalist honors with a 74.

N’western-Palmerton

Logan Kresge led a balanced effort to help Palmerton pick up a 415-438 Colonial League win over Northwestern.

Kresge fired a 75 for the Bombers, whose top-five golfers finished with an average score of 83.
