Jeanette M. Anders Gehris, 97,formerly of Bethlehem and of Hereford, died Aug.12, 2018. Born in Cooke County, Chicago, she was a daughter of the late John and Rose (Stancato) Basilone. She was the wife of the late Bill Anders and the late C. Dale Gehris.

She worked in the spice department of Durkee Famous Foods, from which she was retired.

She was a member of St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church, Bethlehem.

She is survived by a son, Bill and his wife Terri Anders of Englewood, Fla.; two daughters, Tye Greenberg of Chandler, Ariz. and Juel and her husband Bryan Schreiter of Hereford, with whom she resided for the past 16 years; a daughter-in-law, Frannie and her late husband John “Bud” Anders of Port Charlotte, Fla.; eight grandchildren; 11 great -grandchildren; two great-great-grandsons; nieces; nephews; great-nieces; and great-nephews.

She was predeceased by a son-in-law, Richard Ament; a son, John “Bud” Anders”; three sisters; and two brothers.
