Phyllis R. Balliet, 87, of Northampton, died Aug. 12, 2018, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem. She was the wife of Paul E. Balliet for 67 years.

Born in Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late Theodore and Florence (Gable) Case.

She was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, Northampton, where she also volunteered.

She was a volunteer for Phoebe Home, Meals on Wheels, Allen Township Fire Company and Musikfest.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Glenn and his wife Terri of Phoenix, Ariz.; a daughter, Gail and her husband Greg Vogel of Cresco; four grandchildren, Leslie, Erica, Jason and Lindsey; and three great-grandchildren, Keagan, Kinley and Adalynn.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Doris and Kathryn; and two brothers, Theodore and Gerald.
