Craig L. Holben, 47, of Kutztown, died unexpectedly Aug. 17, 2018, in Palmer Township. He was the fiance of Janet Ross.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of Herman S. and Karen M. (Pradel) Holben.

He was a 1988 graduate of Northwestern Lehigh High School.

He was a driver for Glenn Moyer Trucking, New Tripoli, and later drove trucks for Mesko, Allentown.

In addition to his parents and fiancee, he is survived by a son, Nevin S. Holben of Tamaqua; a daughter, Lauren Holben of Orefield; a sister, Dana L. Holben and her fiance Michael Stebbins of Tafton; a brother, Nathan S. Holben of Charlotte, N.C.; a half brother, Joshua D. Williams of Rock Hill, S.C.; a grandfather, Joseph Pradel of Bushnell, Fla.; and a grandmother, Audrey Niedermeyer of Catasauqua.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Sterling and Lillian (Young) Holben.

His funeral service will be 11 a.m. Aug. 25 at Robert S. Nester Funeral Home, 8405 Kings Highway, New Tripoli, 18066, with a calling hour 10 a.m.

Donations may be made to the funeral home to help off-set his final expenses.
