A 31-year-old female resident of Wind Hill Road, Lower Macungie Township, reported her debit card information was stolen and used without her permission to make several fraudulent transactions 11:32 a.m. July 12, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Authorities at Eyer Middle School, 5616 Buckeye Road, Lower Macungie Township, received an anonymous letter stating a student at the school was disseminating explicit images of other students through a social media account 3:54 p.m. April 23. It was discovered the incident involved two consenting juveniles disseminating and/or possessing images of each other, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
An 18-year-old male, of Macungie, is suspected in the theft of money from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Authorities responded to the store July 31 for a report of an employee taking money from a cash register over a span of time.
Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville received a report of a piece of excavating equipment blocking East Texas Road at Meadow Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 11:53 p.m. July 26. Police investigation determined someone had moved the equipment from a nearby property and left the equipment in the roadway. A male removed $100 from a business at 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, in a scam 3:45 p.m. July 17. The man was described as a black male, approximately six feet tall with a thin build. Unknown individuals removed four tires from a Honda Pilot parked outside a residence in the 2700 block of Rolling Green Place, Lower Macungie Township, overnight July 22. The vehicle was discovered on bricks and the tires missing about 6 a.m. July 23.
A 47-year-old woman of the 3800 block of Rittenhouse Road, Lower Macungie Township, discovered a fraudulent transaction for $55 in her bank account June 8.
An unknown individual contacted a resident of the 8000 block of Heritage Drive, Lower Macungie Township, who told the woman to pay $1,866 to receive extra money at the bank once it was deposited July 14. The resident agreed and sent $1,900 and the unknown individual sent a $1,900 check in return. The resident’s check was cashed and the check she received later bounced.
Israel Soto Cuevas, 40, of Emmaus, allegedly was under the influence of a controlled substance and allegedly in possession of marijuana after a traffic stop was conducted at Lower Macungie Road at Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:27 a.m. July 15, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Marvin Scille, 32, of Allentown, allegedly was driving under the influence of a controlled substance in an accident on Hidden Valley Road at Minesite Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:37 a.m. July 12, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Scille also was determined to have allegedly stolen the vehicle, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsvilles.
A 53-year-old male, of Polk City, Fla., was found to be driving under the influence of marijuana and to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop in the 4100 block of Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 3:24 a.m. March 4, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Jestine Louise Troutman, 48, of Boyertown, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop along Kings Highway South and Chestnut Street, Upper Milford Township, 5:19 p.m. July 19, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Bryon Martin Zeidenberg, 48, of East Greenville, was taken into custody after a traffic accident involving a utility pole along Kings Highway at Kraussdale Road, Lower Milford Township, 12:18 a.m. July 16. Zeidenberg allegedly was driving under the influence at the time of the accident, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 25-year-old male driver, of Allentown, was taken into custody for driving under the influence after a one-vehicle accident along Country Club Road at Riverbend Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:14 p.m. July 23. The driver was taken to the Lehigh County Booking Center, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Arlene Jeannette Rivas, 46, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft after she allegedly altered and transferred price tags on clothing at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:08 p.m. Aug. 4, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The total value of the theft was $64.96, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
An unknown individual removed 14 cans of baby formula totaling $223.75 from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, July 27.
A female from Monroe County removed merchandise valued at $61.90 from Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, July 20.

A 49-year-old male, of Zionsville, pointed a shotgun at a 30-year-old male after a verbal altercation escalated in the 3400 block of Dillingersville Road, Lower Milford Township, 10:30 p.m. July 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The 49-year-old male also made threatening statements toward the younger male.
An unknown individual made three purchases using account information of a resident of the 2600 block of Pasture Lane, Lower Macungie Township, Aug. 2. The victim brought the complaint to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Money lost in the transactions was refunded.
