Kathleen E. (Schaffer) Mullins, 91, of Whitehall, died Aug. 4, 2018. She was the wife of the late Donald D. Mullins for 65 years.

Born in Palmerton, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Hilda (Phifer) Schaffer.

She was a Whitehall High School cafeteria worker for many years.

She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Fullerton.

She is survived by a daughter, Colleen M. Chryst of Fullerton; a son, Richard D. and his wife Barbara of Sneads Ferry, N.C.; four grandchildren, Abby, Allyson, Jennifer and John; and three great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by siblings.
