BASD: Foundation officers named

The Foundation for the Bethlehem Area School District has named, as new Board of Trustees members, Janelle Creveling, Matthew Malozi, Kerry Wrobel and Courtney Weikert. They will join current board members Edward Boksan, John Callahan, Caroline DiPipi-Hoy, James Holley, Matthew Malozi, Victoria Montero, Jennifer Roeder, James Santanasto and Gina Scala,

“All four board members embody the spirit of the Bethlehem Area School District community and bring talent, expertise and energy to the table. We are fortunate that we have people who are dedicated to the district,” said Superintendent of Schools for Bethlehem Area School District Joseph Roy.

New Foundation liasons are Michael Faccinetto, Jodi Frankelli, Joseph Roy and Courtney Weikert. The 2018-2019 executive officers are Jessica Moyer, president; Jenniver Ceneviva, vice president; Michael Zile, treasurer; and Kimberly Hayes, secretary.

Vo-tech car, bike show on Sept. 30

Bethlehem Area Vo-Tech is hosting its seventh annual Car & Bike Show Sept. 30, noon-4 p.m., ending with awards.

Food, vendors, music and a basket raffle will be featured. Admission is free, but participation requires buying registration.
