Rosemarie P. Deutsch, 92, formerly of Fountain Hill, died July 21, 2018, at Sunrise of Exton Senior Living. Born in Fountain Hill, she was a daughter of the late Salvador and Margaret (Thomas) Ponticelli. She was the wife of the late William L. Deutsch Sr.

She worked in the alumni department of Lehigh University for many years until retirement.

She was a member of the former Our Lady of Pompeii Church and its Holy Rosary Sodality. She was active in the Fountain Hill community, played bridge and supported Lehigh University athletics.

She is survived by two sons, William L. Jr. and his wife Kathy of Downingtown and Robert A. and his wife Gloria of Wakefield, R.I.; a brother, James Ponticelli of Clearwater, Fla.; four grandchildren, Kevin, Kerry Lynn, Eric and Kyle; and two great-grandchildren, Brayden and Holden.

She was predeceased by two sisters, Marguerite Ponticelli and Josephine “Jay” Stohl. Contributions may be made to St. Ursula Church, 1300 Broadway, Fountain Hill.
