Dorothy F. Taglang, 85, of Bethlehem, died July 19, 2018, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Barbara (Madzik) Kokosky. She was the wife of James B. Taglang Sr. for 65 years.

She was an escort for the Bethlehem Steel Corp. and a homemaker.

She was a member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church.

She was a bowler. Of Slovak heritage, she loved baking, especially kiffles, pies, and nut rolls.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Kathleen and her husband Robert Andrew of Fountain Hill and Barbara and her husband Robert Check of Stroudsburg; two sons, James B. Jr. and his wife Renee of Chambersburg and Timothy and his wife Cecilia of Collingwood, N.J.; a sister, France Puhan of Bethlehem; a brother, Michael and his wife Irene Kokosky of Bethlehem; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by eight siblings, Stephen, John, Joseph, and Edward Kokosky, Mary Donchez, Anna Lapasky, Helen Rengel and Agnes Gaal.
