Donald A. Lobach

Donald “Don” A. Lobach, 77, of Whitehall, died July 3, 2018, at Whitehall Manor. He was the husband of Anna Lee (Waypa) for 53 years.

Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Albert G. and Emma E. (Reiger) Lobach.

He was a 1959 graduate of Allentown High School.

He was in the U.S. Navy and was involved in the Cuban Missile Crisis aboard the U.S.S. Davis.

He owned Don’s Doors and Windows, Allentown, for over 20 years. He previously worked at Exide Batteries, Allentown.

He is survived by two daughters, Dena C. Moore of Allentown and Lori M. and her husband Jeffrey J. Persa of Schnecksville; two grandchildren, Brandon A. Persa of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Ethan J. Persa of Schnecksville; a great-granddaughter, Cadence N. Persa of South Carolina; a brother, Charles F. and his wife Donna of Allentown; two sisters, Lois M. Haines of South Whitehall Township and Anita L. and her husband Gary Rathburn of Tulsa, Ok.; nieces; and nephews.

He was predeceased by a sister, Jean E.
