J. Mary Basanta, 74, of Bethlehem, died June 25, 2018, at ManorCare Health Services, Bethlehem. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Manuel and Josephine (Lepore) Basanta.

She was a quality control inspector at B. Braun Medical Inc. for 41 years.

She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Bethlehem Township.

She is survived by an aunt, Carmella; many cousins; and friends.

She was predeceased by a sister, Dolores Basanta.
