Jill Martin, 59, of Bokeelia, Fla., and formerly of Coplay, died June 22, 2018, at her daughter’s home in Coaldale. She was the wife of Ken W. Martin of Florida for 15 years.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Alois and Rose (Sommer) Holencik.

She was a Northampton High School graduate.

Most recently, she was a driver for Sovereign Health Care.

She was a member of the painters union. She volunteered with Bootstrap Homeless Ministry.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Jamie Avate and her husband Scott Lapp; two brothers, Mark “Lefty” and his wife Betsy Holencik and Eric Holencik; two sisters, Susan and her husband Harold Sell and Laura Holencik; seven grandchildren, Ethan and Emily Rose Lapp, Paige and Carter Appleby and Liam, Dillon and Sean Brophy; nieces; and nephews.

She was predeceased by a sister, Ruth Wuchter.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
