Floyd “Butch” A. Faust, 76, of Whitehall and formerly of Catasauqua, died June 25, 2018, at Lehigh Valley Hospice-Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Karen (Newhard) Faust for 51 years.

Born in Lower Macungie, he was a son of the late Floyd E. and Arline G. (Foster) Faust.

He was a 1959 Catasauqua High School graduate and a graduate of the former Churchman’s Business School of Easton.

He was, for many years, a computer operator for Merchants National Bank and, more recently, for Binney & Smith Company until he retired.

He was a member of Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, Catasauqua.

He was a longtime member of the Catasauqua Lions Club.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Eric and his wife Danielle and Brian and his fiance Jessica; three sisters, Gloria, Brenda and Jean; two brothers, Kenny and Eddie; four grandchildren, Lauren, Justin, Brandon and Marissa; nieces; and nephews.
