Julio Negron, 80, of Bethlehem, died June 16, 2018, at home. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Manuel and Andrea (Medero) Negron.
He was a counselor for the State of New Jersey for 14 years until he retired in 1997.
He is survived by his companion, Lucy Garcia; two daughters, Nydia Ruiz and her husband Richard of Baltimore, Md. and Sarah and her husband Joseph of Ohio; two sons, Angel Rodriguez of Bethlehem and Luis Negron of New Jersey; a brother, Tadeo Negron of San Juan, Puerto Rico; six grandchildren, Richard Jr., Melinda, Gabriel, Lilo, Sebastian and Lydia; two great-grandchildren, Mya and Evie; and seven half-brothers and half-sisters, Alejandra, Isabel, David, Noemi, Andrea, Samuel and Jimmy.
Arrangements were made by Cantelmi Long Funeral Home Inc., Bethlehem.
