Downtown Bethlehem Association’s Historic Bethlehem Summer Restaurant Week will be held from June 24 to 30.

Restaurants will offer fixed menus for lunch and dinner with varying price points. Scheduled to participate are The 1741 on the Terrace, Apollo Grill, Bethlehem Brew Works, Edge, McCarthy’s Red Stag Pub & Whisky Bar, Tapas on Main, Tavern at the Sun Inn, The Brick, The Flying Egg, The Melting Pot, Twisted Olive and Urbano.
