WESTERN SALISBURY COLUMN The last day of school is June 12

It’s here – the last day of school! No more lunches to pack, no more dragging kids out of bed at 6 a.m. and flagging down the bus driver as my son puts on his shoes. No more asking “Do you have homework?” “Is your homework finished?” Oh wait, this is about the kids, right?

June 11 is an early dismissal. Salisbury High School and Salisbury Middle School will dismiss 12:15 p.m. and Harry S Truman and Western Salisbury elementary schools will dismiss 1 p.m.

The last day of school is June 12. SHS and SMS will dismiss 10:30 a.m. and HST and WSE will dismiss the students for the summer 11:15 a.m. Happy summer to all the kids and parents.
