Police investigated a threat at Broughal MS and arrested the juvenile responsible May 31.

According to police, the school resource officer was warned a student allegedly made an unspecified threat and, with Bethlehem Area School District cooperation, detained the youngster, about whom no information has been released.

The student was transported to Northampton County Juvenile Detention and is charged with terroristic threats and harassment.
