Theresa A. Miranda, 69, of Northampton, died May 25, 2018, at home. She was the wife of Jerome S. Miranda for 50 years.

Born in East Mauch Chunk, she was a daughter of the late Peter A. and Palma (Vaccaro) Giglotti.

She was a licensed practical nurse and worked at both Gracedale Nursing Home and, most recently, Whitehall-Coplay School District.

She was a member of the Queenship of Mary Church, Northampton.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Kristine and her husband Christopher Sodl, Kara and her husband Michael Stianche and Monica and her husband Antonio Pangaio; six grandchildren, Michael Stianche and his fiancee Emma Jo Legere, Mia and Matthew Stianche, Mikayla Miranda and Brenna and Alexandra Pangaio; three sisters, Danielle and her husband Alfred Schmalzel, Joanne and her husband Joseph Ogozalek and Judy and her husband Jimmy Mikovich; two brothers, Peter and his wife Debra Giglotti and Vince and his wife Colleen Giglotti; a sister-in-law, Lori Giglotti; nieces; and nephews.

She was predeceased by a son, Jerome S. Miranda Jr.; and a brother, Joseph Giglotti.
