James F. Taylor

James F. Taylor, 59, of Whitehall, died May 23, 2018, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Center, Allentown. He was the husband of Ann M. (Hutchins) Taylor.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was a son of the late Floyd Taylor and Jane (Costion) Taylor.

He worked for E. Nelson and Sons Excavating Company for 10 years until he retired in 2008. Prior to that, he was a logger for Ralph Knot Logging, Harvey’s Lake, for 15 years.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sisters, Jane and her husband William Andrews of Bear Creek and Joan and her husband James Belles of Noxen; a brother, Jeffrey Taylor and his companion Michaelene Gingo of Wilkes-Barre; 12 nieces and nephews; 22 great-nieces and great-nephews; and five great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.

He was predeceased by two brothers, John (Jack) and Joseph Taylor.

There will be a calling time 11 a.m.-noon, followed by a memorial service noon, both June 2 at the funeral home, 2119 Washington Ave., Northampton, 18067.
