2018 GENERAL PRIMARY ELECTION RESULTS
Democrat Susan Wild and Republican Marty Nothstein were victorious in their bids for the new 7th Legislative District. They will face off for the seat in the November general election.

Democrat Susan Wild – 8,755 votes
Democrat Greg Edwards – 5,721 votes
Democrat John Morganelli – 4,896 votes
Democrat Rick Daugherty – 1,209 votes
Democrat Roger Ruggles – 471 votes
Democrat David Clark – 422 votes
Republican Marty Nothstein – 8,955 votes

Incumbent state Rep. Zach Mako, R-183rd, retained his seat in the primary election, defeating challenger Cindy Miller. He will face Democrat Jason Ruff in the November general election.

Republican Zach Mako - 1,293 votes
Republican Cindy Miller - 484 votes
Northampton County vote tallies were as follows:
Democrat Jason Ruff - 1,773 votes
Republican Zach Mako - 1,561 votes
