Helen E. Paukovits, 91, of Northampton, died May 2, 2018, at Scared Heart Senior Living, Northampton. She was the wife of the late William P. Paukovits Sr. and the companion of Robert Check for the past 24 years.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Eberhardt) Herschman.

She was a member of Queenship of Mary Church, Northampton.

She is survived by two sons, William P. and his wife Rosann and John F. and his wife Pattiann; a daughter, Nancy; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
