While the abrupt weather changes have caught many of us (occasionally uncomfortable) off-guard, those waiting patiently to participate in the area’s numerous weekly farmers markets are ready and eager to begin. The weekly market at Farrington Square, at the Center Street entrance to Lehigh University’s main campus, was ablaze with energy and heat on opening day May 3. The summertime market is even every Thursday from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
