Robert “Bob” Franklin Bechtold, 84, of Orlando, Fla., died March 8, 2018, in his home. He was the husband of Mary Ann (Solderich) Bechtold for 63 years.

Born in North Catasauqua, he was a son of the late John and Helen (Parker) Bechtold.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by children; brothers; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by a sister, Mary Ann Warmkessel.

There will be a graveside memorial service 10 a.m. May 5 at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, 1700 Airport Road, Allentown.
