David “Bucky” Breisch, 89, of North Catasauqua, died April 25, 2018, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, Bethlehem.

Born in Catasauqua, he was a son of the late Llewellyn and Mary J. (Strack) Breisch.

He was a Morse code operator in the U.S. Army Air Force during World War II

He retired from the Laborers Local Union 1174 after 50 years of service. He worked at Bethlehem Steel Corporation.

He is survived by a son, Michael; three daughters, Cynthia and her husband Steven Miller, Sheri Breisch and her companion Jon Bilder and Lori and her husband Barry Kibler; four grandchildren, Brandon, Eric, Kaitlyn and Bradley; and a great-grandson, Carter.

He was predeceased by his brothers and sisters.
