APRIL 16
On Race Street, a hit-and-run accident occurred, the department said.
A hazardous condition on Lehigh Street was reported. A drain was opened, and the high water subsided.
A problem with two stray cats in the 200 block of Second Street was reported to police.
In the 100 block of Mulberry Street, officers investigated a parking complaint.
Stephen Csanadi, 66, of Catasauqua, was arrested for criminal trespassing/entering a building on Willow Street. The investigation is continuing.
In the 200 block of Front Street, police responded to a harassment report.
An abandoned vehicle in the 600 block of American Street was tagged.

A dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend in the 500 block of Kurtz Street occurred.
A juvenile was reported missing from the 200 block of Second Street.
In the 100 block of Railroad Street, a loose dog was returned to its owner.
At Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St., officers responded to a juvenile complaint. The investigation is continuing.

Police sought information regarding a suspicious person at Race Street Baptist Church, 610 Race St.
A garage was spray painted in the 100 block of Front Street.
A water leak occurred at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., police said.
In the 400 block of Second Street, an electrical fire occurred.

Officers sought information in the 100 block of Bridge Street.
A reportable motor vehicle accident occurred on Pine Street. One vehicle was involved.
Police responded to a suspicious activity complaint in the 400 block of Second Street.
Officers assisted an outside agency in the 400 block of Milton Street for a report of sewage in a basement.
A vehicle was ticketed on Front Street.
A vehicle parked too closely to the intersection on Second Street was ticketed.
At Catasauqua Scrap Yard, 16 W. Race St., a burglary occurred. The investigation is continuing.
The department K-9 assisted in a burglary investigation at Catasauqua Scrap Yard.
At Gentle Care Day Care, 23 N. 14th St., a door was damaged.

Police assisted the fire department in the 500 block of Third Street.
At Catasauqua Highrise, 534 Third St., a doorbell was reported missing, police said.
Officers investigated suspicious activity at Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St.
The department received a report of a hazardous condition of drywall in the roadway on Race Street.
In the 700 block of Front Street, officers attempted to contact an individual for North Catasauqua police.

At Catty Mart, 547 Front St., a verbal argument occurred, police said.
A credit card was found in the 500 block of Pine Street.
On Second Street, a dispute between partners occurred.
In the 100 block of Church Street, a dispute occurred between a mother and daughter.

At Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., an individual agreed to turn down music when police responded to a noise complaint.
In the 600 block of Fourth Street, police assisted Whitehall officers.
An abandoned vehicle was tagged in the 100 block of Front Street.
A low-hanging wire in the 500 block of Church Street was reported to the department.
In the 300 block of Mulberry Street, a dispute between neighbors occurred.
A dispute between a husband and wife took place in the 400 block of Prospect Street.
Officers responded to a report of an issue between a boyfriend and girlfriend on South 12th Street.
