Robert C. Leith, 77, of Bath, died April 9, 2018, at Gracedale Nursing Home, Nazareth. He was the husband of Carol A. (Nepa) Leith for 34 years.

Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Charles and Christina (Duh) Leith.

He was an U.S. Marine in the national reserves during peace time.

He was an ordained minister of the Lutheran faith under the leadership of the Northeast Pennsylvania Synod. His 24-year pastorate included for Trinity Lutheran Church, Bowmanstown, where he was senior pastor; Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Kreidersville; and Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Bethlehem, until he retired in 1990.

He was an Eagle Scout.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Eric of Walnutport; a stepdaughter, Alena and her husband Jason Gross of Danielsville; a stepson, Joseph Roth of Bath; and a granddaughter, Claudia.

He was predeceased by a sister, Nancy Leith.
